HDL Cholesterol Can Save Lives!
If you suffer from arteriosclerosis,
you already know that one of the main culprits in your illness is cholesterol.
You may also know that there are two kinds of cholesterol, High Density (HDL
cholesterol) and Low Density (LDL cholesterol). What you may not know is that
HDL cholesterol, the so called "Good Cholesterol, can restore your
arteries to good health, reduce your risk of heart attack or stroke, protect
you against alzheimers, add years to your life expectancy and improve the
quality of your life. But wait, there's a catch. This simple protein is not
available anywhere. You can't beg for it or buy it. Why not?
HDL cholesterol has been called
"drano for the arteries" because of its ability to clear plaque from
arteries. Because it strips plaque from the arteries, HDL cholesterol can
prevent strokes. HDL cholesterol can be used to prevent heart attacks. HDL
cholesterol can be used to protect against alzheimers and dementia. HDL
cholesterol can be used to treat people who already suffer from
artherioschlorosis (hardening of the arteries). HDL cholesterol can be used to
improve the condition of people who are currently suffering from blocked or
partially blocked arteries that could cause strokes. HDL cholesterol can be used
to improve the lives of those who are suffering from dementia. Why then are we
not using HDL cholesterol to treat these conditions?
Many illnesses are inadequately or
completely untreated because drug companies can't find a way to profit from
them. The Open Source Medicine Foundation was created to complete necessary
research and make promising but unprofitable treatments available to the public
at the lowest possible cost. The use of HDL cholesterol to clear blocked
arteries is a leading example of those efforts.
There is a simple solution to some of
our most challenging health problems. HDL cholesterol could be saving millions
of lives each year, including perhaps your own life or the lives of people you
love and care about. We need your help. Educate yourself about the history of
HDL cholesterol research. Review the information at this website and learn
about the benefits of HDL cholesterol. Share the things you learn with other
people and contribute to our efforts to advance research in this area. Our goal
is to make HDL cholesterol available for use by the public within two years.
That may sound fast to you but we think its to slow and we would like to move
fast. Even on our ambitious schedule we recognize that the diseases we are
dealing with--heart attack, stroke, dementia--are such deadly killers that many
thousands, perhaps millions of people will die waiting for this simple product
to come to market. Go to our donations page and help us bring HDL cholesterol
to the public as quickly as we can.
